Hong Yip, Royal Elite Service and Grandeur Property Management under the Group won ten honours in the 2012 Hong Kong Green Awards, for their effort and innovative green concepts. Platinum awards went to The Parcville and Noble Hill for reducing carbon emissions to create a better living environment.

The Hong Kong Green Awards recognize excellence in green purchasing, management and governance.  Corporations are evaluated on green policies, strategy, leadership, energy-saving measures and waste and carbon emission reduction.
