Sun Hung Kai Properties has won 2012 Skyrise Greenery Awards in the Private Development category for Peak One, Avignon, Aria and New Town Plaza Phase One.  Skyrise greenery is a new concept in urban landscaping to provide people with refreshing environments.

The Skyrise Greenery Awards are given out by the Greening, Landscape and Tree Management section of the Development Bureau in collaboration with the Hong Kong Green Building Council, Professional Green Building Council and The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects, Hong Kong Institute of Planners and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.

Skyrise greenery is defined as the green elements in buildings above ground level, including roofs, vertical and sky gardens and terraces.  Hong Kong is a crowded city and skyrise greenery offers a new option for urban landscaping.  SHKP believes in Building Homes with Heart and sustainable development, and it incorporates green elements in its residential and commercial projects.
