Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP)'s Peak One, a low-density luxurious residence located atop Tung Lo Wan Shan in Shatin, is gradually revealing many of its exceptional designs that connect closely with its natural ambiance. The developer held a press conference today (October 30) to introduce the lush landscapes and vertical garden of Peak One as well as the healthy, green lifestyle promoted to residents in this private, eco-friendly backyard.

About Peak One

Peak One is on top of Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin. It is being developed in three phases. The first phase has eight towers with 400 units and handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of next year.
