Lake Dragon has won honours from two noted organizations for its Club Aqua phase-one clubhouse – a Golden Bund award and a Taiwan Interior Design for Commercial Space award. Lake Dragon was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties in the Jiulonghu resort area of northern Guangzhou, and the clubhouse has a modern, elegant design that blends with nature.

The annual Golden Bund awards are presented by the Interior Design Sub-institute of the Architectural Society of China, Interior Design China magazine and UBM Sinoexpo, and are seen as the Oscars of mainland interior design. There were over a thousand entries this year from hundreds of top designers across the mainland. The Taiwan Interior Design awards are organized by the Chinese Society of Interior Designers and receive creative entries from local and mainland design professionals.
